This project at 3710 S. Angeline Street will be a mixed-use commercial and residential building within the heart of Columbia City, a suburb in South Seattle.

 Columbia City has a long history of supporting local businesses and community building, as such, the new project seeks to fit within this neighborhood fabric by incorporating ground-floor retails spaces to serve local businesses.
