Project Details

Previously the site of a 3-par golf course, Ethos is the a new vibrant, mixed-use community in Kent.

Meeker Street is widely known as a central hub for Kent, filled with residential, retail spaces, schools and parks. Drawing from the wide appeal to this area, and the many populations that frequent Meeker Street, the City of Kent is pursuing a ‘Meet Me on Meeker’ campaign that will serve to transform the Meeker corridor into a haven for pedestrians, and hub for retail activity. Bike paths will be added alongside the widened sidewalks to allow for behavioral changes, supporting the vision. Another draw to the location is the proximity to public-use areas. The Green River Trail is connected to the project on the southern end, giving residents a walkable option for recreation outside of the complex. There will be a large central plaza connecting the retail fronts, which can be enjoyed by residents and visiting members of the community.

Ethos is moving forward in two phases. When complete, it will encompass 492 residential units and approximately 12,000 SF of retail and restaurant space.
