Project Details
Due to capacity needs and increasingly poor existing facilities, Central Washington University wishes to build a new complex that would replace two existing structures and expand Brooks Library.
Our team worked closely with CWU leadership, reviewed facility assessment documents, conducted workshops with multiple stakeholder groups, and conducted site analysis to provide multiple design alternatives for CWU to consider for the new facility. Those options were then packaged into a comprehensive predesign report, which was submitted to the State of Washington as a formal budget request.
