Project Details

SMS is providing prime consulting services and architectural design for a work order-based contract for design and construction of several comfort station facilities for the use by Metro Transit bus drivers.  SMS is providing project management, architectural services and project controls for this contract.  The projects include scoping, planning, comparative analysis, design, permitting, and development of construction documents for facilities at five separate sites.  

Each location will have site specific conditions which will require modifications to the base unit design and define the scope of the installation.  The individual comfort station projects will have overlapping schedules and each site will need to fit within their respective neighborhoods and conform to local jurisdictional requirements.
