Project Details
This Joint Transportation Facility serves the Marysville and Lakewood School Districts. The transportation maintenance portion of the facility provides maintenance for buses and motor pool vehicles from both districts. Major repair, minor maintenance, washing and fueling are just some of the services that are available.
Marysville School District’s transportation administration is located at the facility and the district’s buses and motor pool vehicles can be parked on the site. The administration space includes a drivers’ work area, offices, conference rooms, dispatch and a 2,400 SF space that is dividable by operable partitions into a drivers break room, training and meeting rooms. These rooms can be partitioned off by security grilles for use for other district functions after hours. Lakewood School District also has use of the meeting spaces in the administrative area.
