Project Details

The Support Services Building unites the school district capital projects and maintenance operations departments in a contemporary workspace that starkly contrasts with its modest exterior. Studio Meng Strazzara’s design creates a modern, welcoming workplace from the rough bones of what was once commercial warehouse space.

The 90,000 SF tenant improvement began with the evaluation of the existing warehouse building to determine fit with District needs. Conducting interdisciplinary workshops, our team gathered consensus information from a variety of stakeholders and explored various conceptual design solutions.

The facility features contemporary industrial aesthetics with an exposed structure, offset by natural wood detailing and lively finishes.
