Previously a ground-level parking lot and low-density housing, 910 Mercer is a vibrant, mixed-used buildling located the north end of the popular Broadway Avenue pedestrian corridor.

The ground floor is home to a 8,000 square foot retail and restaurant area with expansive storefronts helping pedestrians and patrons meld together as one. Studio, one, and two bedroom units sit atop a variety of amenity spaces including a fitness center, work from home space, and record room. A rooftop deck will provide views from the immediate neighborhood all the way to the Cascade and Olympic Mountain ranges.
