Project Details
Midvale Avenue North is a multi-family development along the Aurora corridor in the City of Shoreline, a suburb north of Seattle.
The current design reflects the City’s desire to bring high-density housing adjacent to major transportation and transit lines, while also responding to the current housing needs of the region. The design includes multifamily apartments, partial underground structured parking, and a leasing and lobby area fronting Midvale.
Midvale Avenue Apartments aims to enhance the character of Aurora by providing a quality design, which features prominently along Midvale and the interurban trail. The project employs materials and landscape palettes that fit within the surrounding environment, while still creating an exceptional, particular identity of its own. With on-site parking and a location within walkable distance to retail and transit, the project is designed to accommodate both pedestrian and vehicle-oriented lifestyles.
