Located in the north end of the heart of Bellevue, the Perle Apartments is a luxury apartments complex composed of 230 units with a mix of studios, urban, 1 & 2 bedroom, and loft units. This unique sister tower design is emphasized by a beautify “jewel box” lobby that connects the two towers.

The design proposes a covered 3,000sf public outdoor plaza to activate the corner of NE 12th Street and 106th Place NE. On-site parking is located underground on two levels of a below-grade garage totaling about 200 stalls. To help activate the ground level like more urban buildings, the main entry is comprised of large storefronts to display the several amenity spaces including multiple work from home rooms including individual work pods, multi-level fitness center, 2 sky lounges, and an expansive courtyard with intimate seating options.
