Befitting the firm’s Northwest heritage, Studio Meng Strazzara’s office overlooks iconic landmarks like the Pike Place Market and Mt. Rainier, as well as wide western views of Elliott Bay and the snowy Olympic Mountains. Studio Meng Strazzara’s design creates an open, modern workplace that celebrates its connection with Seattle, while providing its staff with a healthy environment and the functional requirements of a design studio.
Certified LEED Gold, the 7,270 SF office includes sustainable features such as a high-efficiency light fixtures, occupancy sensors, low VOC and FSC-certified materials, and low-flow fixtures resulting in a 40% reduction in water use. Workspaces are oriented to maximize use of the ample daylighting suffusing the space.
