Project Details

As a master-planned community, the area hosts 15 multifamily buildings, a mixed-use building, a 5-tenant retail building, and three additional stand-alone retail buildings. Because of its close proximity to other major retailers and arterial streetscapes, alterations of the site were undertaken to help maximize its connectivity to surrounding areas. Creating a high population density will help tie together the retail areas directly to the north of the site to the single family housing to the south.
