Project Details

Working with The Perkins School, where sustainability is integral to who they are and their mission, we embarked on a fun and creative experience to incorporate features that have minimal costs but a big impact, adding much-needed space in the form of a 2-classroom addition, with two breakout / meeting spaces and restrooms. Remaining conscientious of budget and scheduling, as well as city requirements for ROW improvements and utilities, the design was streamlined to meet TPS values and to accommodate future sustainable features.
